After attending school at NDSU and UND, Ray joined the family newspaper and printing business in Grafton, ND. In May of 1995, he joined Piper Jaffray and moved to Great Plains Financial Group in April of 2009. He has obtained his Series 7, 8, 63 & 66 registrations along with his Life and Health Insurance license.
Ray has been a member of the Southwest Optimist club since 1991 and has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the club. He and his wife, Anita and daughter, Taylor live is south Fargo.
